Details

Start:
11 December 2014
End:
24 January 2015

The Fundación Tres Culturas is hosting this exhibition comprising a series of illustrations created by José Manuel Vigueras Roldán using the watercolour technique, which aim to pay tribute to some of the most outstanding figures representative of the humanist renaissance that was al-Andalus.

All these personalities contributed to the progress of future civilisations, yet they are unknown to most people. Their intellectual prowess is not sufficiently publicised, although they are recognised halfway around the world through monuments in large squares, fictional films and reports.
