The efforts of the Fundación Tres Culturas to build bridges between societies are more necessary than at any other time, and it is essential to coordinate them in order to broaden horizons and gain in effectiveness.
Cultural diplomacy is an excellent tool that must address this emergency and the cultural development of others.
