Visiting hours of the Nativity Scene installed at the headquarters of the Fundación Tres Culturas

Details

  • Start: 20 December 2021
  • End: 7 January 2022

From 20 December it is possible to visit at the headquarters of the Three Cultures Foundation, in the beautiful Hassan II Pavilion, the Nativity Scene installed by the nativity scene designer Antonio Massoni.

Antonio Massoni is a native of Ayamonte in Huelva, although he has lived in the town of Pilas, in the province of Seville, for many years, where he arrived to open his pharmacy in 1976, which is currently run by his children. Always attracted by the visual, artistic expressions of different kinds, polychrome sculpture and events such as Holy Week, he gradually became interested in the representation of the mystery of the Nativity.

He has been acquiring figures over the years, such as some of the ones on display here, which are over forty years old and have been suitably restored. He currently exhibits a 25 square metre Nativity Scene, recently inaugurated, in Pilas with the support of the local Town Hall, while he has been collaborating selflessly for years with public and private institutions, religious organisations and other bodies where he shares with everyone his way of approaching Christmas.
