On 13 and 14 December, the Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo is collaborating with the Department of Theory and History of Education at the University of Seville in the organisation of the international Spanish-Moroccan conference 'Cultural diversity, immigration and educational inclusion'.
The aim of the conference is to promote, recognise and raise awareness of cultural diversity in the classroom, the scope of which is extended to the entire educational community, and which in turn has an indirect impact on the family environment. The aim of the conference is to to raise awareness among participants of the importance of inclusive education.
Together with the collaborating entities in the conference, the University of Seville is represented by: the Vice-rectorate for Institutional Relations, the Vice-rectorate for Research, the Vice-deanship of Infrastructures and Cultural Activities of the Faculty of Education Sciences. Other collaborating entities are the Seville Mosque Foundation and the CONOCERES Association.
The venue will be the Aula de Aula de Grados of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Sevillelocated in Calle Pirotecnia in Seville.
Registration is free of charge and will be on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached.
