The Foundation will give a detailed overview of its almost 20 years of existence and its short and medium-term objectives to various EU representatives. The presentation, which will be hosted by the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament, aims to highlight the Foundation's work to promote dialogue and coexistence between different cultures and religions in order to promote a better and deeper understanding of others.
During the presentation, the main lines of action for the coming years will be explained, which will help to combat the growing waves of xenophobia and intolerance that are devastating the welfare state and deepening the gap between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
The meeting will be attended by José Manuel Cervera Gragera, Managing Director of the Foundation, André Azoulay, Advisor to the King of Morocco and President of the Foundation, Bernardino León, former Director of the Foundation and current Director General of the Diplomatic Academy of the United Arab Emirates, and Ángel Luis Sánchez, Secretary General for External Action, Junta de Andalucia. The event will also be attended by MEP Ramón Jáuregui.
