Born in Lisbon in 1974, she discovered her passion for music during her last year of veterinary school. By chance, Mafalda Arnauth found herself transported to the world of stages, rehearsals and fado houses.
With the characteristic freshness of a young voice, she first captivated with her spontaneity and her reinterpretations of old hits. Her work became a bestseller and at the age of 24 she was awarded the "Premio Revelación del Semanario". Blitz. The following year, she was nominated in the Best Actress category for the SIC Golden Globes and her popularity grew at an exponential rate.
