Three very different Israeli women live in Tel Aviv. Their stories intersect in a particular portrait of a modern Israel. As these three women separately make their way through Israel's most cosmopolitan city, they grapple with issues of communication, affection and destiny, though at times they will find it difficult to find refuge in its calm waters.

Israeli film series 'Stories of Life'.
This January, 'Tuesday Cinema' invites us on a journey through Israeli cinema in recent years. The Fundación Tres Culturas, in collaboration with the Embassy of Israel in Spain, will screen a series of feature films that have won awards at the world's most prestigious film festivals, which have aroused enormous curiosity among international audiences. Israeli cinema has a great diversity of themes, a wide production of dramas, comedies, documentaries and short films, and a quality that is internationally recognised. Many Israeli films deal courageously with issues such as multiculturalism, politics, the Holocaust and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, among others. Israeli cinema has its own voice and its own vision, recognising the other, the different, and giving its narrative a more personal vision where the filmmakers bring us closer to their most personal and intimate stories.
