The Fundación Tres Culturas shows the best of the latest edition of the African Film Festival of Tarifa (FCAT), an independent film festival that has just closed its 14th edition in May, organised by the association Al Tarab and in which Tres Culturas collaborates actively.
Both this foundation and FCAT focus their efforts on the promotion and dissemination of film as a unifying element that tells stories from different continents through different perspectives.

While he is in hospital, Félicité desperately tries to raise the money needed to have him operated on. She embarks on a frantic tour that will take her through the poorest and richest neighbourhoods of the Congolese capital.
