Within the framework of the Decade to Recognise the Descendants of the African Diaspora launched by the UN in 2015, thus promoting a global commitment to this community, the Fundación Tres Culturas offers a cycle dedicated to this theme. On this occasion, we intend to focus on the African migration crisis and reflect on the critical nature of the interactions and transformations that people of African descent experience in their diaspora, particularly in the European context.
The Fundación Tres Culturas continues to demonstrate its commitment to social justice, the promotion of human rights and respect for cultural diversity.

Synopsis
When her father dies, 17-year-old Noufissa has to go with her mother to live in the house of Lalla Amina, the wife of a great dignitary in the Medina of Tetouan. Once installed in the mansion, a strong friendship develops between Noufissa and Fetouma, Lalla Amina's granddaughter. The two young women promise never to part. When Fetouma discovers that Noufissa is getting married soon, she decides to prevent it.
