Mediterranean cinema deals with many different themes, including the different social, political and cultural situations on both sides of the Mediterranean. In March, as usual, the Fundación Tres Culturas gives the floor to women who, through the camera, show their concerns and the issues that interest them from their own vision as contemporary women.
In this way, the Foundation, through its cycle Martes de Cien, aims to be a meeting place for the cinematography of both shores and a vindication of the visibility of women filmmakers and their creations.
The cycle features the screening of four recent, successful films directed by women who use their own spaces, voices and styles to tell their stories, highlighting Mediterranean diversity through their gazes.
