This July, the Fundación Tres Culturas and the French Institute of Seville are offering a film season reflecting the current film scene in France and the latest works presented.

French cinema has had its own stars for many decades, with attractive locations ranging from Paris to Provence. They combine human themes such as love and humour and promote local films on many fronts, especially in terms of financing.

The political will to promote cultural diversity contributes to the success of production, with more than 750 million euros going through various channels to local films and the massive attendance of French audiences in cinemas.

It is not surprising that the best known movement in the history of cinema, the "nouvelle vague", was an example for other cinematic aesthetic movements all over the world. The generation of directors such as Jean Luc Godard, François Truffaut, Jean Luc Godard, François Truffaut and Claude Chabrol is still considered the most artistically fruitful in the history of cinema.

We would like to thank the Institut Français for its regular collaboration with our organisation and its commitment to cinema.
