The Fondation des Trois Cultures welcomes this event organised by the Association of Andalusian Film Writers (ASECAN), during which the nominations for the Andalusian Cinema 2020 will be announced.
Since its creation, the Three Cultures Foundation has been committed to the dissemination of the various cultural expressions of the Mediterranean peoples, including, of course, cinema. One of its strongest pillars is the Mardis Cinema project, which has been sharing cinema in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Turkey, Egypt, Greece and other Mediterranean countries with the Andalusian public for more than two decades, without forgetting, of course, Andalusian cinema.
Every year, in February, the Foundation dedicates a cycle to Andalusian cinema and its dissemination in different countries through institutions such as the Cervantes Institutes and various film festivals, which have allowed our cinema to be celebrated and rewarded.
The nominations for the Prix Asecan du Cinéma Andalou 2020 include more than twenty categories that we will discover during this event.
