What is federalism, where does it come from, what possibilities does it open up and what possibilities does it have in an increasingly globalised world? These are some of the questions that the journalist and documentary filmmaker Albert Solé seeks to answer in his latest work, the documentary Federal.
This film will be screened on 13 December at 7 p.m. at the Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo. It will be followed by a debate with the participation of Joan Botella, Professor of Political Science at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and President of Federalistes d'Esquerres; Blanca Rodríguez, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Seville and member of the Association of Federalists of Andalusia; and Mercedes de Pablos, Director of the Andalusian Studies Centre. A short speech by Albert Solé himself will also be screened.
