The Fundación Tres Culturas is excited to reopen its library to the public, after the closure that took place on 13 March due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19.
Over the last few days, intensive work has been carried out to prepare and sanitise the spaces and to establish a protocol to guarantee the safety of both users and library staff. The opening, initially with restricted opening hours, is scheduled for 17 June. However, normal service will not be restored until after the summer period, on 14 September, provided that the situation permits.
- From 17 June to 16 July, both included, the service will be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. The rest of the time, the service will be provided exclusively by telephone and telematic means during the aforementioned hours.
- Face-to-face service will resume on Wednesday 16 September.
- In August the library will be closed for all purposes.
- It will be compulsory for the public to wear masks and clean their hands with the hydroalcoholic gel, which will be available at the entrance for this purpose, as well as maintaining the interpersonal safety distance of two metres from both library staff and other users.
- In order to guarantee the established social distance measures, the capacity of the hall is reduced to 4 seats.
- A loan and return service is provided on the days and at the times mentioned above. Returned resources will be deposited in a separate place and separated from each other for fourteen days.
