The CARPET project invites you to participate in a series of meetings concerning the development and the fidélisation of the different publics participating in activities related to culture and the arts. It is about theoretical and practical workshops animated by experts and meetings with professionals who explain their experience with institutions that have succeeded in increasing the number of citizens participating in the activities they organise.
The second meeting of this cycle is led by Beatriz Clemente. She proposes and conducts an eminently practical (comprehensive yet simple) tour, acting as a guide, through the main steps to improve identity, understand the audience and define clear, predictable communication objectives.
During the workshop, the participants carry out a series of exercises that allow them to carry outin situ an initial analysis of their situation regarding their audiences and basic strategies to improve this position.
The CARPET project is coordinated by the Three Cultures Foundation with the partners Creative Kernow in Angleterre, CEARTE au Portugal et APDN au Maroc. This project benefits from the financial support of the European Creative Europe programme.
