After the great success of the first event, we are once again moving to the Fábrica de la Luz Cultural Space in Chiclana de la Frontera for the second live cooking session with chefs Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León, who will teach participants how to make some of the most representative recipes of Moroccan pastries.
Next Wednesday, 30 May, it will be the turn of two other essential Moroccan dishes: the makhroudalso known as baklava, and the fine semolina bread or harcha.
During each showcooking, attendees will have the recipe on paper to follow the chef's instructions step by step, and after the session they will be able to taste these exquisite sweets.
