The Fundación Tres Culturas is organising, together with the Department of Equality, Youth and Relations with the University Community and the University of Seville, the International Seminar on Cinema, Sport and Gender, with the aim of raising the profile of women in the field of sport, which will take place in the Espacio Santa Clara on 25 and 26 April.
The aim of this meeting is to contribute to change at a cognitive and affective level in people who relate to sport by including a gender perspective. The idea is to contribute to breaking down barriers and prejudiced stereotypes so that future professionals working in the media, or in other areas with a socialising capacity, are able to maintain a perspective that favours equal opportunities and a more equitable community life in the field of gender equality.
