The show features three singers, two of them soloists in the recitals of the previous days: Mor Karbasi and Abir El Abed, joined by the powerful flamenco voice of Ángeles Toledano (Villanueva de la Reina, 1995).
This show is a project directed by Sergio de Lope with stage direction by Olga Pericet., in which, through the saxophone and flute, she delves into traditional Andalusian, Arab and Jewish music with the voices of three women. On stage, three exceptional performers put their voices at the service of memory, with a transgressive and innovative aesthetic.
This innovation begins with the composition of the musical line-up: piano, electric bass, drums, saxophone and flute are unconventional instruments in this type of traditional music, so the sonority is totally different, as well as introducing elements related to electronic music.
The world premiere of this show took place in September 2022 at the Seville Flamenco Biennial with notable success, to the point of having been selected by the Fundación Tres Culturas to put the finishing touch to the musical evenings in the Jardines Andalusíes of the Festival Tres Culturas.
