Tres Culturas is once again taking part in this event organised by the NGDO Movimiento por la Paz, in which more than 200 students and teachers from seven secondary schools in Seville and Huelva are taking part.
On this occasion, the documentary film will be screened. Fragile balance (Spain, 2016, 83 min.) produced by Guillermo García López and winner of the 2017 Goya Award in its category.
This film interweaves three stories in three different continents characterised by different contexts that seek to represent what it is like to live in the world in the 21st century; a Japanese executive whose life only revolves around work, a sub-Saharan community settled on Mount Gurugú who risk their lives every day trying to cross the border and a group of families in Spain who look for ways to sustain themselves while facing the crisis, real estate speculation, political corruption and eviction from their homes.
Also on display will be the exhibition Two shores in developmentco-developed in Africa and Spain by MPDL.
This cycle is developed at the national level with funding from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID). It consists of four screenings that address issues such as the right to food, climate change, women's rights, migration and refuge, and urban violence.
