Once again, November is the month that the Fundación Tres Culturas dedicates to our neighbouring country and friend, Morocco. Therefore, in collaboration with the Ministry of Moroccans living abroad, we are organising, among many other activities, a live cooking session of Moroccan recipes.
Chef Ali Elkardoudi will cook live some of the most representative recipes of the Moroccan cuisine, namely the traditional pastela and the briwat accompanied by mint tea.
During the cooking session, participants will have the recipe on paper so that they can follow the chef's instructions step by step. After the session they will be able to taste some of the dishes prepared.
Ali Elkardoudi is a chef of Moroccan origin who has been living in Seville for more than ten years. He lives cooking as his great passion, a fact that has led him to open his own restaurant. Creative and in continuous training, his Arab influences are present in each of the dishes he prepares. Fusion and tradition is the motto of his work, which he combines with that of home chef, trainer and gastronomic consultant.
