Calligraphy workshop

The Fundación Tres Culturas has organised a calligraphy workshop by the Moroccan artist Sadik Haddari (www.haddarisadik.com). This calligrapher has taught in various public and private centres such as La Masana in Barcelona or the Avignon Theatre Festival, where he has collaborated in the design of stage sets. His approach to calligraphy is multidisciplinary, focusing especially on the importance of gesture, of the stroke that will lead to a form of beauty without necessarily concentrating too much on its meaning.

This activity will be free of charge with a limited number of people per group that will be closed in strict order of booking through the following links:

Classes will be held on 11, 12, 13 and 14 May from 17.00 to 20.00 hours. Each day will be dedicated to a group of students who must bring ink and paper as essential materials. The workshop will be held at the headquarters of the Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo (Calle Max Planck, nº 2. 41092 Isla de la Cartuja, Seville).

This workshop has been programmed in the framework of the parallel cultural activities of the CUDEMA2 Project within the Cultural Diversity Month.
