The Fundación Tres Culturas and the Asociación Colegial de Escritores de España (ACE) bring us closer to Spanish-Maghrebi literature through creators, scholars and professors from Spain, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.
The international conference 'The Liquid Border. Spanish as a bridge for literary encounters between Spain and the Maghreb', which is being held at various venues in Cordoba, is conceived as a meeting place from which to analyse Spanish-Maghreb literature, with the aim of continuing to establish communication links between the inhabitants of both shores through the Spanish language.
This meeting will deal with one of the most extraordinary events in the field of contemporary Spanish literature: the birth in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia) and some sub-Saharan areas (Guinea, Cameroon and Mauritania) of a literature written by authors of Maghrebi origin and whose language of direct creation and without translation is Spanish.
