The Fundación Tres Culturas and the Centro Sefarad-Israel, in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in the United States, are holding the fifth summit of this platform that aims to connect Sephardic communities around the world.
One of Erensya's objectives is to keep the legacy of Spain's Jewish roots alive. Every two years, this platform holds a summit at which initiatives are shared, new work projects are created and the international presence of the Sephardic communities is given visibility. Beyond the institutional link, the platform aims to extend a cooperation programme that includes cultural, social and academic initiatives.
This time the summit will be held in Seattle from 27 to 31 May in collaboration with the Seattle Sephardic Network., of the Government of Washington and the Washington City Council. In its fifth edition, Erensya will seek to revitalise its spirit by relaunching technological and innovative projects that will try to keep the legacy alive through documents and texts written in different parts of the world.
