Guided tour of the Lina 1960 firm's workshop.

Details

  • Start: 14 February 2019
  • End: 15 February 2019

The INTREPIDA project continues with its mission to bring the inner workings of businesses closer to the public with the aim of raising awareness of the process involved in creating a product or service. The INTREPIDA events for the month of February include a guided tour of the workshop of the prestigious flamenco fashion house Lina 1960, where a small group of citizens will be able to experience first-hand the history of a brand that began in the 1960s and is now confirmed as one of the most prestigious flamenco fashion labels with the greatest international projection.

Since its beginnings in a small workshop in Seville, Lina has stood out for its expertise. Its hallmark is the artisanal and traditional creation of all its designs, resulting in unique and unmistakable pieces that hold the secret of hand-stitched tailoring and the delicate craftsmanship with which Marcelina Fernández, the founder of Lina, began her journey, a legacy successfully continued by her heirs, Rocío and Mila Montero.

The costs arising from this visit are fully covered by the project, offering the opportunity to enjoy this interesting initiative completely free of charge for the public. Due to the limited space in the workshop, places are limited and will be allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis through the following links:

Morning session: 12.30 pm.

Afternoon session: 4.30 pm.
