The didactic programme Mediterranean Fridays of the Fundación Tres Culturas arises from the conviction of the need to continue deepening, from education in values, in the construction of an intercultural society through the elimination of stereotypes and mutual knowledge.
Through this educational programme, schoolchildren will be able to discover the importance of getting to know other cultures, other ways of looking at and discovering the world, which is, in short, one of the objectives underlying the programme and the activities carried out by the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation.
Each session of Mediterranean Fridays will be structured around two educational experiences. The first, using theatre and humour as a vehicle, the students will be able, through an interactive performance, to learn about the importance of cultural diversity and the role played by the Fundación Tres Culturas, bringing them closer to the history and essence of the building that houses them, and why the work carried out by the Foundation through our activities is so important.
The second part of each session of Mediterranean Fridays will focus on a theatrical proposal that will connect schoolchildren with the history and cultural heritage shared with the peoples of the Mediterranean, in an attempt to bring them closer to the value of this diversity.
