This is an independent room with access from both the Central Courtyard and the exhibition area. It is ideal for holding press conferences, small meetings and conferences or courses.



Capacity

Different mounting options:

In theatre with presidential table max. 70 normal chairs or 50 spade chairs.
Square table for meetings max. 25 seats.

Audiovisual media

VHS projection system, DVD (dvd recorder) or PC.
Audio distribution box for press.
Simultaneous translation is possible.
Possibility of recording the event with a fixed camera.

Other equipment

All the rooms can be complemented with the following audiovisual materials:

Up to 40 table microphones (depending on room)
2 handheld wireless microphones.
4 lavalier microphones.
4 self-powered speakers.
Audio distribution box for press.
Portable screen.
Projector.
4 soundproofed simultaneous translation booths with desks and DCN systems (2 per booth).
Up to 180 wireless receivers for attendees and speakers. Possibility of holding two simultaneous events with translation.
2 x 32" lcd screens in vertical position (to play programmes of the events)
1 x 32" lcd screen in horizontal position.
1 x 50" lcd screen in horizontal position.

In case of special needs, it will be possible for the Fundación Tres Culturas to rent the necessary audiovisual material from an external company, adding the cost of the same to the base budget.
