The Fundación Tres Culturas is launching the activities of its new European project on 3 June, INTREPIDA plus (Internationalisation of Businesswomen in Spain and Portugal towards Integration, Development and Partnerships. Second phase), an initiative led by this institution with European funding from the Spain-Portugal INTERREG V A programme (POCTEP) and which represents the continuation and improvement of the INTREPIDA project, which is still in force.

Alexandra Vanstalle, Portuguese entrepreneur and founder of the personal image consulting firm By Vanstallewill be the protagonist of this first event of the INTREPIDA plus project, with a free workshop. online on the organisation of spaces, in which participants will learn how to create free space to be able to receive new projects, ideas and other habits more in line with our current needs. Born in Lisbon, Alexandra Vanstalle is based in the Algarve, where she founded her image consultancy company.

With this proposal, the INTREPIDA plus project continues to showcase the work of female entrepreneurs from the Algarve, Alentejo and Andalusia, bringing their businesses to new audiences and promoting the competitiveness of these companies and their internationalisation while creating a more conscious consumption. In fact, this second phase incorporates new features and maintains some of the actions developed in INTREPIDA, the results of which have been very positive and which have managed to reach more than 2,000 citizens over the course of the initial two years of work.

Thus, for example, the digital guide for businesswomen, which already hosts more than 500 companies, will be maintained and will be reinforced with the attendance of a selection of its participants at international fairs, as well as the continuation of four forums in Andalusia and Portugal, given the excellent reception obtained among businesswomen (with more than 400 in the forums held so far).

During these meetings, the entrepreneurs meet, establish contacts, create networking, inspire each other, learn from other experiences and feel especially motivated to continue working in their businesses despite the difficulties. In this sense, Tres Culturas is already working on the first of the INTREPIDA plus forums, which will take place in Seville, with a view to the end of October and looking forward to resuming one of the most successful activities of the project.

Business tourism experiences will also continue and, as a novelty, the INTREPIDA plus Directive Meetings will be organised, coordinated directly by the Mancomunidad de Desarrollo Condado de Huelva, which has joined as a new partner in the project partnership, which also includes the Huelva Provincial Council, the Portoalegre Region Business Association (NERPOR) and the Business Centre of the Region of Évora (NERE).

The project also includes ICT training workshops, as well as business coaching in 360º digital branding and telematic training in European markets, with the aim of optimising companies' brands in international markets. Personalised advice will be offered, starting with a preliminary study, followed by a diagnosis of the brand, the development of a strategy and a guide with the most important elements to implement it.

The project plans these and many other proposals until the end of 2021, although it is foreseeable that it will be extended due to the confinement imposed by COVID-19. For the time being, INTREPIDA plus offers the opportunity to learn with the Portuguese entrepreneur Alexandra Vanstalle, the next appointment being on 17 June with Rosario Rodríguez, from the company Know How 2.0.
