Call for applications for a place for a young creative artist of Moroccan nationality

The Fundación Tres Culturas, calls for applications for a young creator of Moroccan nationality, within the framework of the XV Call of places to stimulate and promote creation, launched by the Antonio Gala Foundation.

The main objective is to help young people with promising careers in their respective disciplines (narrative, poetry, theatre, musical composition, painting, sculpture...) to develop a creative project during the 2016-2017 academic year. The selected candidate will live with the rest of the creators selected by the Antonio Gala Foundation for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Creators of Moroccan nationalityThe scholarship is open to students between 18 and 25 years of age, with the essential requirement of speaking Spanish and being between 18 and 25 years old. The scholarship includes a stay at the headquarters of the Foundation Antonio Gala  (Cordoba, Spain) from the month of October 2016 until May 2017.

The Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo and the Fundación Antonio Gala agree to collaborate in order to promote and organise joint activities for the promotion of artistic values and practices that foster mutual understanding and cooperative relations between institutions, entities and individuals in Spain and the Mediterranean area. This call will be financed by the Ministry in charge of the Moroccan Communities Resident Abroad and Migration Affairs in the framework of the programme ALQANTARA: bridges for dialogue and coexistence.

The deadline for the submission of applications will be open from the day of publication on the website until 31 March 2016. The selection criteria are developed in the XV Call for applications.
