On 21 September at 9 p.m., on the occasion of the International Day of Peacethe Fundación Tres Culturas will be hosting the performance of the play "The Three Cultures". La Ciénaga' (The Swamp)by Antonio Morales, a writer from Morón de la Frontera who is triumphing with this metaphor about the drama of the refugees and which has been brought to the stage by the company Almazara Teatro. This group founded by Isidoro Albarreal has been working since the summer, when the first readings began, and then rehearsals, under the direction of Alonso Amaya.
Synopsis
Hurón, a carny, and Migra, a border policeman, find themselves in La Ciénaga, a huge puddle full of dire omens. Huron has come to pray for a brother he lost there. Migra has come to closely monitor the ups and downs of the murky affairs he is involved in, which have to do with human trafficking, the exploitation of migrants and the rejection of refugees. As events unfold, we discover the link between the disappearance of Huron's brother and Migra's business dealings. No one is spared at the border.
