New Models, a promotional space for new talents in Spanish and Moroccan fashion.

NewModels catwalkwhich in 2016 reaches its seventh edition, is an excellent platform for promoting and boosting young designers and commercial firms. Its intercultural vocation, one of the hallmarks of this catwalk, reaches in this edition its maximum exponent thanks to the collaboration with the Three Cultures Foundation for the co-organisation of the event. This event will therefore be held in the emblematic Hassan II Pavilion, with the support of the Ministry of Moroccans Living Abroad and Migration Affairs of the Kingdom of Morocco, and will take place from 19 to 21 October.

For three days, new and established designers will be able to showcase their work both on the catwalk and in a space set aside for the exhibition of their designs. In addition, more than fifteen commercial firms will be present with stands where they will be able to present their collections to the media, stylists and the general public, with the possibility of selling their products.

On Wednesday, 19 October, coinciding with the World Breast Cancer DayThe Sandra Ibarra Foundation - which will be represented in the stand area - will open the series of fashion shows with a solidarity exhibition of the Kiss and Fly solidary firm.

But one of the most anticipated moments will undoubtedly be the parade of the international Custo BarcelonaThe show will conclude on the afternoon of Friday 21st with fashion shows from companies such as Signorina or the jewellery brand Freywillewhich will close the event.

In addition, among the parallel activities, on the afternoon of the 20th, we will be holding a Workshop where photography enthusiasts can receive a masterclass on fashion images.

Bilal Azzouz Haute Couture

The young up-and-coming Bilal Azzouz comes from a saga of couturiers and follows in the footsteps of his older brother, the international Romeo, with whom he shares a taste for craftsmanship combined with an updated vision of traditional kaftan design.

Sara Kanjah

She was born in Morocco but has lived in Algeciras for years. She gives her kaftan collections a modern air inspired by European fashion but respecting traditional lines.
