After the arrival of the motorbike caravan tomorrow, 22 July, there will be a commemorative ceremony with the planting of an olive tree and the inauguration of a totem pole.
The caravan of motorcyclists of the III Edition of the 'Raid Dos Orillas' will arrive at the headquarters of the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation, in the Hassan II Pavilion of Morocco, tomorrow 22 July at 16.00h. This race is organised by the company Morocco Riders, and institutionally by the General Consulate of Morocco in Seville, in collaboration with the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation and local Andalusian institutions, with the aim of creating a link of cultures between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
This year's edition of the 'Raid Dos Orillas' takes place from 17 to 29 July over a route of 2,700 km through routes in Portugal, Spain and northern Morocco.
The participants in this important event, who will be touring the city of Seville on Saturday, are motorcycling enthusiasts from various countries.
After the great success of the two previous editions, this third edition will be special and will be marked by the inauguration of a new totem pole commemorating the 'Raid Dos Orillas' in Seville, and by the planting of an olive tree, all in order to perpetuate this tradition of annual return and further strengthen the bonds of friendship and dynamics between the bikers of the two shores.
"Morocco Riders" is the first Moroccan brand specialising in motorcycling events, so that, according to its administrator and founder, Idriss Saadani, motorcycling activity is taken into account as a meeting point and promotion of routes, culture, history and landscape.
