The meeting will take place on the 9th of November on the esplanade outside the Palacio de Deportes de El Ejido, from 10.30 am to 2 pm.
The Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation and the Ministry in Charge of Moroccans Living Abroad are organising the 4th edition of DIVERBASKET THREE CULTURES, whose 3 previous editions were held in Seville (2010), Algeciras (2011) and Malaga (2012).
The main objective of DIVERBASKET TRES CULTURAS is INTEGRATION THROUGH SPORT, in our case, BASKETBALL, seeking to promote values of integration, respect and tolerance between people of different origins and cultures.
In the DIVERBASKET can participate completely free of charge all those players who wish to participate, whatever their age or basketball level, belonging to both groups of immigrants residing in El Ejido and the local population.
Within the Diverbasket Tres Culturas, a "3×3" TOURNAMENT will be held in all categories. At the same time, a SHOTING COMPETITION and a "TWO-BALL" competition will be held, also in different categories, for which no prior registration is required. There will be prizes and gifts for the winners of all competitions and tastings for all participants. There will also be a "PEQUEQUE-BASKET ZONE" for the little ones.
