Bilbao, Hotel Carlton.
Thursday 27 March, 19.30 h.

As part of the annual Morocco in Spain programme, carried out in collaboration with the Ministry in charge of Moroccan Communities Residing Abroad, the Fundación Tres Culturas presents in Bilbao a haute couture fashion show dedicated to the kaftan, the festive dress worn by Moroccan women. A proposal that will fill the imperial hall of the emblematic Hotel Carlton of this city with colour and glamour.

The designer selected for this occasion is Mohamed Larbi Azzouz, aka Romeo, a young designer who is very well known in his country, as well as having achieved great fame in the Arab world after his successful participation in a fashion competition on the Lebanese television channel LBC.
Born in Tetouan in 1978, this stylist likes to combine fantasy and elegance in his designs, through which he offers a modern vision of the Moroccan woman without renouncing her origins. The sumptuousness of the fabrics and the richness of the embellishments make each of Romeo's designs a true work of art designed to enhance feminine beauty.

The parade will be enlivened by an Andalusian musical group and, before the parade, the audience will be able to taste tea and typical Moroccan pastries.
