The LACRE publishing group has just presented the book Mohammed VI: The Stabilising Kingwritten by Jean-Claude Martinez, MEP and member of the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly, a work that underlines the decisive role of Morocco's monarchy in the country's stability and its socio-economic and institutional development.
The author of the book argues that Morocco is the only pole of stability in the Arab world, at a time when the fate of some countries has turned to chaos (Libya, Iraq and Syria) and the destiny of many others is drifting (Algeria).
The book was presented on Wednesday 19 July at the Geographic Club in Madrid.
