The programme of the IV Alqantara Forum, 'Geopolitical situation and values in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. A state of the question and future prospects', is organised in debate sessions on different topics and led by international experts. On 30 November and 1 December 2016, at the Foundation's headquarters, the transformation that the Mediterranean area has undergone in recent decades will be analysed in detail.
