The Fundación Tres Culturas hosted the conference 'The implementation of the recovery and resilience mechanism: A view from sub-national administrations', organised by the Regional Ministry of Finance and European Funding and held on 15 and 16 February.
The development of the recovery and resilience mechanism in Spain has been implemented by the General State Administration through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, approved by the European Commission. In its implementation, the Autonomous Communities and Cities participate in a wide range of public policies. After the first months of implementation of these extraordinary funds, it is appropriate to assess the participation of the Autonomous Communities and Cities, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the model.
This conference, which was attended by the Andalusian Minister of Finance and European Funding Juan Bravo, served as a space for the exchange of practices, opinions and approaches of a technical and constructive nature aimed at improving the development of the mechanism at the level of the Autonomous Communities and Cities.
