On the afternoon of Thursday 31 March, the Three Cultures Foundation had the honour of welcoming the Vice-President of the European Commission, Margaritis Schinas, as part of the agenda he has developed during his visit to Andalusia.
After meeting in San Telmo with the president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, Schinas, the president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, has visited the Foundation's headquarters to learn first-hand about its work to promote tolerance, respect and coexistence, fundamental values of the European Union.
During his visit, he was accompanied by the Minister of the Presidency and Public Administration and Interior, Elías Bendodo, the Secretary General for External Action, Enric Millo and the delegate of the Junta de Andalucía in Brussels, Catalina de Miguel, as well as the director of the Three Cultures Foundation, who presented him with a facsimile edition of the Cútar Qur'an.
