The Fundación Tres Culturas, in collaboration with the French Institute, is offering a series of French comedies in July to cool off on Tuesdays during this hot month.
The legacy of legendary directors such as the Lumière brothers, Godard, Renoir, Truffaut, or the legendary Alice Guy, Agnès Varda or Claire Denis have left their mark on the French film language, also in the case of comedy.
A genre that has a long history and boasts a humour that, whether direct or more refined, always brings a certain dose of arrogance and cynicism that ensures the audience's smile.
Tuesday, 13 July, 12.00 noon.
Huge. Sophie Letourneur. France, 2020, 101 min.
