Encounter-workshop with Pepe Zapata on cultural audience management

The Fundación Tres Culturas’ (Three Cultures Foundation’s) CARPET project invites you to take part in a series of encounters relating to development of audiences and boosting loyalty of different audiences that take part in activities relating to culture and the arts.

The activities consist of theoretical-practical workshops given by experts and encounters with professionals who explain their experiences at the helm of institutions which have managed to increase the number of people who attend the activities they organise.

This encounter, given by expert in cultural audiences Pepe Zapata, is aimed at all professionals from public and private entities, entrepreneurs and experts in communication, marketing, education, mediation and user service.

One of the goals worth highlighting is the search for a new paradigm that stresses prioritisation of relations with different audiences, as well as the implementation of strategic criteria, tools and techniques for better audience management.

The CARPET Project is coordinated by the Fundación Tres Culturas (Three Cultures Foundation) along with partners Creative Kernow in the UK, CEARTE in Portugal and APDN in Morocco. This project has financial support from the European Europa Creativa programme.
