Showcooking of Moroccan pastries with Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León

On 8 June, the last of the cooking demonstrations organised as part of the 'Ramadan between Cultures' cycle will take place. On this occasion, the chefs Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León will be preparing two essential dishes from the Moroccan recipe book: the makhroudalso known as baklava, and the fine semolina bread or harcha.

Elkardoui and León will explain how to prepare these two simple but delicious typical recipes. During the showcooking, attendees will have the recipe on paper so that they can follow the chef's instructions step by step.

After the session, you will be able to taste the exquisite makhroud, prepared with a mixture of nuts and honey between sheets of filo pastry.
