The CARPET project of the Fundación Tres Culturas invites you to participate in a series of meetings related to the development of audiences and the loyalty of the different audiences that participate in activities related to culture and the arts. These are theoretical and practical workshops given by experts as well as meetings with professionals who explain their experiences at the head of institutions that have managed to increase the number of citizens who attend the activities they organise.
This meeting, given by the expert in cultural audiences Pepe Zapata, is aimed at all professionals from both public and private entities, entrepreneurs and experts in communication, marketing, education, mediation and user service.
Its objectives include the search for a new paradigm that makes it necessary to prioritise the relationship with different audiences, as well as the implementation of strategic criteria, tools and techniques for better management of these audiences.
