The Fundación Tres Culturas is once again promoting the presence of Portuguese and Spanish firms at the Seville Fashion Week CODE'41 thanks to the INTREPIDA project, a cross-border cooperation initiative between Spain and Portugal dedicated to the internationalisation of companies managed by women in both countries.

In this edition, Silvia Rodrigues of the Sigues company based in Loulé, Algarve, will be showing her designs in copper accessories. Between Porto and Coimbra works the weaver Estela Melo, creator of the firm Ovelha Mãe, who will show inspiring proposals for both men and women made of wool felt. From Sabugal, in central Portugal, Cecilia Povoas will travel with a proposal inspired by the Victorian universe of the 18th century. These entrepreneurs will join the Spanish firm invited by the project, Denice Rydenfors. An entrepreneur who decided to work outside her own country, choosing Spain, and more specifically Seville, where she works in a space co-working.

In addition to these firms, Ovelha Mae models have paraded with Portuguese footwear, thanks to the collaboration of Maria Joao Catumba (Braga) founder and designer of the footwear firm Catumba as well as models of the firm AbotaSadi a reference brand in the footwear market manufactured in a handmade way in Portugal.

The Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo is the main beneficiary of the INTREPIDA project, together with the following partners from Spain and Portugal: Fundación Universidad Empresa de la Provincia de Cádiz (FUECA), Diputación de Huelva, REGIOTIC, Asociación de Empresarios de la Región de Portoalegre (NERPOR) and Núcleo Empresarial de la Región de Évora (NERE). The INTREPIDA project has European funding from the INTERREG V A Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) programme.
