On the occasion of the Mediterranean DayThe event, a very significant day for the Fundación Tres Culturas because of its commitment to dialogue and cooperation between the shores of the Mediterranean, will be held in Barcelona. two concerts and a series of institutional meetings which will bring together representatives of civil society, cultural institutions and Euro-Mediterranean networks.
30th anniversary of the Barcelona Declaration:
The Foundation is taking part this week in Barcelona in the events of the 30th anniversary of the Barcelona DeclarationThe EU is committed to intercultural dialogue and Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
The days 24 and 25 Novemberthe institution will take part in the Anna Lindh Foundation (FAL) National Coordinators' Meeting and in the Lab Session of the Spanish Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation (ReFAL). In this space, Antonio Chaves, director of the areas of educational action, intercultural dialogue and Spanish-Moroccan relations, will present at 5:10 p.m. at the Ateneu Barcelonès the project Podcast workshop "Mediterranean Route".The aim of this initiative is to train young people from the Mediterranean in sound creation techniques, encourage critical thinking and promote stories that reflect the cultural diversity and shared experiences of the region.
On 26 November, the Foundation will take part in the Euro-Mediterranean Civil Society Conference 2025, which will be held at the Palau Macaya and is organised by the IEMedthe Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) and the Government of Catalonia, with the co-financing of the European Commissionto analyse the role of civil society in regional governance.
This anniversary offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the evolution of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership and on the growing role of civil society and cultural institutions in the construction of an More inclusive and participatory Mediterranean.
