I have always been passionate about nature and my country, its traditions and biodiversity. I have a degree in Food Engineering and I found in the creation of ANÁHBIA the possibility of joining two worlds, the passion for handcrafted production together with the technical component since I use many raw materials from the food area such as oil, wine, spices, etc. In addition, I have done various training courses in biological agriculture, essential oils, nutrition, body treatments and the latest cosmetic developments.
