All the products I make are handmade and the ingredients I use are of high quality because I want to create and make known / provide a taste of what is good and of high quality.
The main product is the Filhós de Cabrela (patented by the town council). In addition to the Filhós, I also make Farritas de Filhós, azerias with various fillings, sweet potato broas and fogaças.
