After the 2016 and 2018 editions, everything was ready to meet again at the Federico García Lorca Centre in Granada from 23 to 25 April 2020. While we wait for this endeavour to become a reality, we invite you to enjoy from home some of the meetings we held in previous editions with the most important authors on the Mediterranean scene. And of course, we count on you for the next event, which we hope to be able to announce very soon.

Poetry recital 'Versos libres, versos para la libertad' (Free verses, verses for freedom)
Soleá Morente, accompanied on piano for the occasion by the maestro J. J. Machuca, starred in the inaugural recital of the Tres Festival 2018 alongside the writer Luis García Montero, winner of the National Poetry Prize and one of the best-known and award-winning authors on the Spanish lyrical scene, the Tunisian poet Adam Fethi and the Romanian poet Ioana Gruia, who lives in Granada. An appointment with the craft of verse beyond geographical and linguistic borders.

Drawing the Mediterranean'. Three-way conversation: Rutu Modan, Zeina Abirached and Sergio García.
Two of the most prestigious exponents of current Mediterranean comics, the Israeli Rutu Modan and the Lebanese Zeina Abirached, held a conversation at the Tres Festival 2018, moderated by Professor Sergio García, to explain the importance of comic art in understanding the current complexity of the Mediterranean basin, the limitations to freedom of expression in this field and questions about the work of women in the visual arts.

'Are the barbarians coming?'. Conversation between Alessandro Baricco and Alejandro Luque.
The Italian writer Alessandro Baricco, author of the bestseller Silk, among other titles, talked to the writer and journalist Alejandro Luque about the mutations that Mediterranean society has been undergoing in recent times, the possible setbacks in terms of freedom and the consequences of all this for the future.
