from 11/09/2017
to 22/09/2017
From 00:00

The Three Cultures Foundation once again collaborates with the UNIA Summer Courses. This September we will continue to update content that was well received in previous years, while also including major contemporary issues in the current programme.

18-22 September.

Successful Entrepreneurship, overseen by José Castro Mora, Manager of the Persán Foundation.

AIMS

This course is addressed to the young and not-so-young who want or need to set up on their own and run a business, but are ignorant of the key steps to take. The course offers participants 25 hours of essential knowledge about how to conceive a business model, develop a marketing plan, implement a financing plan or deal with any respective legal, tax and labour issues.

To provide a broader perspective, two entrepreneurs will be present to recount their experiences, successes and failures. Students will also be given an updated guide for entrepreneurs produced by the Persán Foundation, containing more than 200 files on all public and private resources at their disposal free of charge.

The programme also includes two workshops: a coaching one, meant to foster skills such as creativity or leadership and other capabilities such as the proactive approach, perseverance and client orientation, etc; and another on digital business, with specialised applications.

The current labour market situation means an eminently practical course like this one comes at a very good time; students will be endowed with basic tools enabling them to begin an entrepreneurial initiative.
